FREDERICTON, NB (February, 26, 2013) – This week Fredericton, NB Company OneLobby will launch the beta version of their Collaborative Event Management software. This cloud-based software is tailored specifically for independent event planners, association planners, corporate event managers and large event agencies.

'Alana' Beta

Unparalleled in the marketplace, OneLobby allows event managers and their stakeholders to intuitively execute professional events in a centralized program. Embracing all factors of the event planning process: logistics, task management, team communication and budgeting, OneLobby is a full service hub for event planners at every level.

Integrating with existing software such as EventBrite and Google, they are set to be the premier end-to-end platform for event managers by continuing to develop integration with high-level event apps in the marketplace. Simplifying the chaos of the event planning process, OneLobby seamlessly connects team members, vendors, clients and sponsors for true event collaboration.

OneLobby’s private beta version launches February 28th at the Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners Annual meeting, being held at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The CanSPEP Annual Conference brings over 100 independent event planners to the Plaza and the Fredericton Convention Centre for networking, a tradeshow, dinners and education.

OneLobby executive team members Jordan Smith (CEO), Brian Dunphy (CTO), Jason Misener (COO), and Megan MacKeigan (VP Business Development) worked with over 30 early adopters from North American to build the product and tailor it to event planner’s needs. The beta version, “Alana”, was named after early adopter Alana Hirtle, Event Manager at White Point Beach Resorts in Nova Scotia. An early supporter of OneLobby, the first release was dedicated to her in recognition of her contribution to the development of the product.

In the future, each new release of OneLobby will be named after an OneLobby supporter who helped launch the company in its early stages of development.
